UV-C Purification Systems

We design and sell commercial UV air systems for industrial, pharmaceutical, medical, schools, or residential both large and small. UV brings sanitation and cleanliness to the most contaminated of things. It's been used very successfully in HVACR equipment now for over a decade. Whether it's improved Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), killing surface mold and bacteria, or returning heat transfer and equipment efficiency (saving energy and saving money and saving maintenance); UV is green, clean and efficient, and it's fast becoming HVACR equipment necessity. Commercial UV Systems

The following recommendation is taken from the latest GSA Facilities Standards document, #5 Mechanical, section 5.9, HVAC Systems and Components.

"Ultraviolet light (C band) emitters shall be incorporated downstream of all cooling coils and above all drain pans to control airborne and surface microbial growth and transfer."

Light Commercial

X-Plus™ is a single ended NEMA 4X fixture that offers the ability to apply UV-C in most any location. The X-Plus is most commonly used in package rooftop systems and thru wall systems. But can also be applied in duct runs and larger air handlers where access is limited. Installation is simple: drilling a hole for the lamp and four screws to mount it to the outside of the duct, an easy wiring block and the system is up and running.

Small HVAC Units

Fan coil and heat pump products have historically had persistent issues producing musty smells, overflowing drain pans, stained and/or destroyed ceiling panels or room equipment.

The RLM™ product has everything needed to maximize the benefits of UV-C, and at the lowest price. Components are a snap to install and they include a high efficiency power supply, a wire harness constructed of state-of-the-art components and a long-life lamp.

The Stinger™ was introduced to allow for UV to be applied to small systems that historically suffer from lack of maintenance. It’s simple, yet innovative application allows for UV to be inserted into almost any location. Simply drill a 2 ¾” hole and slide the Stinger’s first-of-its-kind quad lamp in, wire to a 24V power source and watch it work.

Residential & Light Commercial

The Hornet™ employs a high efficiency, high-output “green” UV-C lamp that can last up to two years. Once installed, it destroys surface and air microbes that row, migrate and circulate in HVAC systems as allergens, infectious agents and odor. Hornet™ installs from outside our unit—no need to open equipment to get going, or to change the lamp. It’s also ideal for critical applications where access is limited, such as in coil boxes, horizontal and vertical fan coils, unit ventilators, terminal units or individual duct runs.

Replacement Lamps

We have done away with the annual “sticker shock” of replacing UV-C lamps/emitters. We offer replacement lamps/emitters for virtually any OEM lamp. In addition, ask about the safety of buying Teflon coated lamps.
